河南大海液压设备有限公司根据市场需要研究出满足圆钢，缸筒与缸底V型焊接、缸体与法兰角焊缝的焊接； 该焊接专机采用工件旋转、焊枪固定的模式；焊枪配置微型调整机构、二轴角度调节装置、可调节不同焊接角度；采用电机控制焊枪升降，步进电机驱动焊枪摆动；尾座顶紧装置采用液压控制。机头夹持为三爪。该设备可自动、手动以及半自动操作；该设备采用可编程控制器（PLC）控制系统，实现自动化流程生产。
